The censors of RK are little losers and this is their one chance to shit on people more interesting and creative than themselves. Whiny little brats.

I can't really say as I don't personally know them, am sure maybe some are cool. Maybe in another nerdy life wouldn't mind sitting in pub with them and they could probably teach me quantum physics or rocket science. Heck never know, I bet some sit around RK bars even but who knows. Some of their "work" is a bit twattish though.

Everyone is creative, some more than others. Censors have to make some form of judgement, in some places there seems to be a lack of that and it is very misunderstood. When I have something to complain about oh my I really do complain and formally, it depends if it is worth it. I don't pay for RK so I mainly shut up and accept ok we won't get along and are on different planets. Many censors are on animal planet and they piss and mark their own crap.

Most RK censors are cool. Some are fucking pricks. Unfortunately, they all work within an awful system which none of them can change, so matter how good some of their intentions may be, the only way things are gonna improve is if RK gets new owners.

They'be headed entirely in the wrong direction, and anyone been around for a few years has seen first hand the steady rise in the cuntishness. The whole system needs tearing down and starting from scratch.

I'd have a lot more respect for some of the censors on RK if they had the balls to say 'okay that was a poor decision I made, my bad, sorry'. But there seems to be the mentality that if a censor does muck up that ranks close and endless paragraphs of crap are then written out in PMs to explain and point to the rules.

I don't mind people messing up if they then say sorry and try to learn from mistakes. There's a learning curve to everything in life.

I don't feel uncomfortable on the RK site, as it happens. I tend to only swear in RL when I'm angry and the words then have an impact as people know I don't swear as part of my usual vernacular. So a no swear rule on a site doesn't bother me. On the whole I feel more uncomfortable here as people know they can be bitchy and whatever freely and tbh I avoid hanging with those types. In that respect its been good to be here so I know who to avoid. This site has turned out to be a social network more than anything else with regards to RK. I've stayed for the DDO stuff now. Won't be roleplaying here.

Still, nice initiative, and in terms of a social network site for RK people of a particular ilk it works.

Glad you learned something. ^^ English teacher in RL. Used the word in the context of the language of a particular group/class, but it can also be used in ref to the language/dialect of a region/country.

A dreadful pervert? I am not sure about that, I prefer really adept perverts. Do you think you could be a good student?

That depends on whether or not you are the kind of teacher that thinks bad boys need to be smacked, and sent to bed early.

I suspect i might improve, if I put enough effort into it.

Smacked and sent to bed early? Of course I believe in that - what better place for naughty boys?

vernacular means swagger? I think I don't know what swagger means if that is the case Crying or Very sad Damn, just when I think that my English is improving. I thought that swagger meant to walk arrogantly and that vernacular meant colloquial. Am I wrong here?

Swagger off the top of my head can mean a lot of things, sounds similar to vernacular or atleast the meaning of vernacular can somewhat be used instead of swagger depending on the usage and context. It is often used as how one conducts oneself, their strut or style. How they do things their way that makes them who they are, their flex. The attitude or way in which one particularly reacts to a situation in their own way, how they speak or dress even.

Using a broad interpretation of vernacular, I can see how that fits. Language is not only about the words that come out of our mouths =)

So, would army officers of the old school carry a vernacular stick?
