Ok, so when the pets were on sale I tried to buy some. Not sure why, I have a full stable of ten that I never have out, but anyway...

I tried to buy these pets and got a message that could not be completed at this time. Thinking it was an issue with my net I emptied my cart and tried to just quick buy the frog bundle (poison dart and tree frog are cool). Again I got the error message. Closed the store and then a global message the server was shutting down for a hot fix so I logged.

I check back next day and there are two purchases and four refunds, check inventory there are two pond frogs, a poison dart frog and a trick. Filed a ticket, waited to get response. A third pond frog shows up in inventory, I update ticket.

Ticket now "resolved" with a refund for the extra frogs, they can't seem to turn one into a tree frog. Now here is my "problem"...

Do I accept the refunds be happy with the extra frogs and maybe try to sell them (all said and done have the frogs for 260 TP), or do I respond to the ticket asking they take all the frogs back and return my tp to what it was before I tried to make the purchase in the first place?

Hmm...I'm not familiar with this game at all, but I guess it would depend really. If it's possible to sell the ones you got for the ones you wanted that would work out? and you're out nothing? if not I'd totally tell them to shove their froggies and give me my money back. LOL

wait, so they gave you back too many points?

frogs are pretty popular too i think. can you even sell them?

Maybe I'm reading it wrong ... but it sounds like you came out on top?

Why would you want to give them all back?
