One the other side, the "royalistes" thinks that the King have all rights to rule all France as his land.

It's come from the particularity of french territory divided in two parts: the royal domain (Maine, Orléans, Champagne, Normandy, Alençon) lands that belong to the king.

And the others counties (all others) that have chosen french king as suzerain but aren't his properties.
